Last service in Rochester tomorrow, at LUX NYE 12/31/25 9PM-2AM.

I started this business with a dream and a couple potatoes. That dream is still very much alive, and thanks to the incredible support from the Rochester scene, I've served up many, many cases of potatoes.

I owe a massive debt of gratitude to all the friends, patrons, venue owners, partners and organizers who have helped me turn this truck into a tater-slingin' machine. It all means more than I can put into words, so I'll just say thank you for everything 🥔🚀🤟🥲

At the same time, the conditions of running this food truck here are not sustainable long-term. I have to adapt if I want this truck to be a success, and in this case, that means relocating.

I've got my sights set on , Tennessee.

Getting situated down there in coming weeks, and my excitement for the next chapter is matched only by my gratitude to everyone who helped me get this far.

Hope to see y'all at one last time to ring in the new year!

We'll be out and about the city at varying locations throughout the day this Summer, but you can find us 5 nights a week on our regular late night rotation!

Wednesdays and Sundays 10pm-2am

Thursdays 10pm-2am
saloon Fridays and Saturdays 10pm-2am

Whether it's karaoke👩‍🎤🎤, salsa💃, or a DJ 💿 there's always music playing for these spots so you can come out and sing and dance with your delicious spuds 🥔😋
