Pat's Twice Baked husbands dream:
I have spent the last 20 years in banking, while cooking and BBQ was a hobby.

After years of encouragement Pat's Twice Baked was created with a food truck and now we are a Bar and Grill I fell in love with cooking at 12 when I made my first turkey, however, I did forget to remove the bag of innards. Like so many others, I was raised to go to college and get a good job to support my family, so I have spent the last 20 years in banking, while cooking and BBQ had to be more of

a hobby. After years of encouragement from others and a very supporting family, we are proud to open Pat's Twice Baked.
