Good food, less waste. 🌱♻️

At Root 31, our zero waste approach is something we’ve built into the way we do things every day. Our team is trained to sort waste responsibly — if it doesn’t decompose, it gets recycled.

A simple idea that can make a real difference. 💚 https://shspt.sh/yaQnwd

We’ve shared a few updates, but there’s a lot more to come. 🌱

Root 31 is working on our next chapter — a brand-new space right here in Pittsford Plaza, just a short distance from our current café.

The new space will give us room to bring even more to the Root 31 experience: expanded breakfast, more lunch and dinner options, a full bar, a covered patio, cozy gathering spaces, house-made desserts, and plenty of the fresh, local flavors you already know us for.

Construction is a process, so we’re not putting a date on opening just yet. We’ll keep you updated as things take shape and share more peeks along the way. 👀

And until then, our current Root 31 is OPEN and isn’t going anywhere until the new space is ready. Come see us!

Same roots. A little more room to grow. ❤️ https://shspt.sh/PgzM4k
