After more than 10 years as the head chef at 2Vine, Chef Gino Ruggiero opened Fiorella to pursue his passion for traditional farm-to-table Italian cuisine. A first generation Italian-American, Chef Ruggiero was inspired by his travels around Italy and fond childhood memories of family meals. Being right in the heart of the Rochester Public Market offers the opportunity to cultivate relationships with farmers, helping Fiorella diners connect with their food in a more meaningful way.
