It is with a heavy heart that we announce the closing of Grille415.
This is not an easy decision—it’s one that comes with deep reflection, many sleepless nights, and an overwhelming mix of emotions .
To our loyal patrons, from the bottom of our hearts—thank you. Thank you for supporting us, believing in us, and making us a part of your lives. Whether you came in for breakfast on a quiet morning, stopped by for lunch with co-workers, or joined us for our special late-night menus, you helped shape the soul of this place. Your loyalty and kindness never went unnoticed.
Unfortunately, like so many small businesses across the country, we’ve felt the undeniable impact of an increasingly tough economy. Rising costs of food, utilities, staffing, and day-to-day operations have put an immense strain on our ability to continue providing the quality and care we pride ourselves on. Despite our best efforts to adapt and push forward, the weight has become too heavy to bear.
We gave it everything we had, and we are proud of what we built here. Every dish served, every smile shared, every milestone celebrated within these walls will stay with us forever.
This isn’t goodbye forever—just goodbye for now. We leave with grateful hearts and hope for the future, wherever that may lead us.
