When I purchased Kielbasa Factory in 2022 from its founder, a Polish entrepreneur who built the store around authentic Polish foods and traditions, my goal was to preserve that heritage while bringing my own culinary experience to the business. Having spent more than 25 years as a chef
and executive chef in restaurants and catering, I have always enjoyed discovering exceptional ingredients and food traditions from across Europe.

While Poland remains at the heart of what we do, I also enjoy introducing customers to carefully selected specialties from neighboring countries. From traditional German sausages, mustards, and pantry favorites to Italian pasta and olive oils, French delicacies, Spanish specialties, and products from the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, and other parts of Eastern Europe, each item is chosen for its quality, authenticity, and flavor. The next time you visit, take a few extra minutes to explore—you may discover a new favorite while still enjoying the Polish products you know and love.

Join us tomorrow, Sunday, June 21 from 12–6 PM at Orchid Cellar Meadery + Winery in Middletown, MD. We’ll be part of this special Father’s Day event with a small Polish grocery pop-up featuring kielbasa, pierogi, Polish pantry favorites, imported treats, snacks, and more.

It’s going to be a fun day with great food, cold drinks, local vendors, and live music — the perfect way to celebrate Dad.
