Our Rockwall ISD culinary team took the stage at the National ProStart Invitational competition with passion, focus, and a drive to represent our program, our district and state at the highest level. From the first day of preparation to the final moments of competition, they showed what it truly means to commit to a craft by pushing themselves, supporting one another, and rising to every challenge with determination and heart. They walked in as students and showed the mindset of professionals.

As their instructors, we couldn’t be more proud. The dedication, humility and pride they carried with them is what defines success in our kitchen. This is only the beginning for these future industry leaders and we can’t wait to see what’s in store for them!

STATE CHAMP ALERT!!! Join us in celebrating Kennedy Jacoby! She earned 1st place at the State FCCLA Leadership Conference in the Baking & Pastry event and will be representing Texas, and Rockwall ISD in Washington, D.C. come July! Shoutout to her amazing instructor as well in mentoring her throughout this entire process!

🏆 We are thrilled that our ProStart culinary team has won first place at the state competition and earned the opportunity to represent the great state of Texas at the National ProStart Invitational in Baltimore, MD! Now we need your help to make their national dream a reality. We are launching a fundraising campaign to cover travel costs for our team. Every dollar counts! What a way to end spring break! We are incredibly proud of all of our students who represented our program at this past weekend’s state ProStart competition. Their hard work, discipline, and commitment to excellence were on full display, truly reflecting everything our program believes in.

Our culinary team earned 1st place and will be advancing to the national competition in Baltimore. An incredible achievement that speaks to their skill, teamwork, and dedication. In addition, we had two students compete in individual events, both of whom also earned 1st place in their categories, showcasing their talent and drive at the highest level.

This success would not be possible without the guidance and support of our four dedicated instructors, whose combined knowledge, mentorship, and passion continue to shape and inspire our students every day.

We are honored to represent Texas on the national stage. Baltimore, here we come!

We are still super ecstatic over our success this past weekend, BUT The last Crave Café for the 25-26 school year is this Friday! Please remember that we are 100% reservation only, and slots are only available on a first come first serve basis. To make a reservation, please make sure to click the link below. Please be aware there is a $5 fee to confirm your reservation. This $5 fee will be credited to your final check at the end of your meal.

Our dining service will be open from 5:30 PM to 8:15 PM, with two time slots available for you to choose from. Please be aware that your party will be seated promptly at your chosen time slot, and your dining time will conclude at the end of that slot. We kindly ask that you adhere strictly to your reservation time to help us serve all guests efficiently and fairly.

When signing up, please be careful to select the correct number of people in your party. If your group is larger than the available table sizes, you may request multiple tables. For example, a party of 8 will need to reserve 2 “4 Seaters.”

If your party is 10 or more, please email Chris Rivera, our lead Chef instructor, at [email protected] for confirmation that we can accommodate your group alongside other reservations.
