Kings Family,
We know we’ve been a little quiet lately — and we owe you an explanation.
Back in September, we experienced a devastating and completely unexpected fire that destroyed our food trailer. It was a freak accident caused by a refrigerator malfunction, and truthfully… it was incredibly traumatic for us, both personally and as a business we’ve poured our hearts into. Kings on Wheels isn’t just a food truck — it’s our dream, our family, and our pride.
After that moment, we had to pause. Not because we wanted to disappear — but because we needed time to process, to regroup, to figure out our next steps, and to spend some much-needed time with our families during the holidays. Healing matters, and so does doing things the right way.
Through it all, the love, messages, check-ins, and continued support from this community have meant more to us than we can put into words. Truly. You remind us why we started this journey in the first place.
And let us be very clear about one thing:
This setback will not stop the Kings on Wheels crew.
We will be back. Stronger. Hungrier. More grateful than ever.
While we work toward our comeback, we want everyone to know — we are still open for catering.
Same bold Cajun-inspired flavors. Same love. Just a different setup for now.
If you’re planning something and want Kings on Wheels involved, please think of us. Supporting our catering helps us stay connected, keep cooking, and keep building toward what’s next.
Thank you for your patience.
Thank you for your understanding.
Thank you for treating us like family — because that’s exactly how we see you.
With love and gratitude,
The Kings on Wheels Crew 👑🚚
