We are SO excited to share one of the top pastas in the world with Rogersville!
We are slowly bringing you some of the greatest and most sought after foods in Italy. This is not your normal pasta. This is Monograno Felicetti, a company who’s been perfecting their craft since 1908. They aren’t as old as Danesi Caffè, but we won’t hold it against them.
Their Kamut line comes from a grain with the least gluten of any flour out there. Combining this pasta with Calabrian tomatoes from Crispino? That’s an insanely great pasta.
We hope everyone will pair and try this for one of their dinners. Yes, it’s organic, and made with water from the Dolomites…

The amazing Chef Roland, and Adriano, the greatest pizzaiolo around. Just a couple legends hanging out at your favorite coffee shop. Always exciting to sit down and chat. Espresso for Adriano, and earl gray tea for the chef… of course Carlo is having the Carlo breve …what a surprise….

From the moldings, to the columns, to the mosaics, the food, the drink, the pottery? There seems to be a little something for everyone, but just in case we missed it, Figgi’s Gift Bar has an array of products that are hand selected by a true professional. The same professional who found these beautiful columns for us, and hand delivered them to be restored by an amazing local craftsman.
There’s a lot of work behind the scenes and we are so happy that our customers appreciate it, and are excited with us. The point of the post is that we wanted to say thank you to all of you for being so kind, patient, and understanding. We are creating the very best experiences for you but without cutting corners.
Every detail is chiseled, moulded, painted, or aged to bring relief to the eye and your busy life.
