First and foremost we’re humbly grateful for all the positive messages and well wishes upon the closure of our beloved Hana Sake Bar and Tasting room. We are excited to inform you that this isn’t the end of the brand or the flavors we all miss.

With love and gratitude from and - we’re thrilled to announce a first of many to a series of popups, events, and more to celebrate proper eastern food here in the west, starting here locally in Sonoma County where our roots are strongest.
We hope to pick up the pieces one by one as a family and community to bring you all along this new journey. With every event, we want to bring a piece of our identity back - this time our family’s favorite proper ramen and everyone’s favorite homemade Gyoza’s from mama Emi.
