Good Afternoon everyone. We will be at the JC Penny Parking lot cooking up Brisket and Tri Tip on the afternoon of the 3rd and from 11am until the fireworks are done!!!!

Mondays Menu. Brisket is in the pit now for Sandwiches and Tacos. WE will also be featuring a limited amount of smoked Turkey sandwiches . Served on Ciabatta Role with a Gouda Cheese and a Sun Dried Tomato Aioli.
