I’m so grateful to share this next chapter of my journey with all of you.

What began as a personal search for healing after my daughter and I were diagnosed with Celiac disease has grown into a calling to help others discover the powerful connection between nutrition, lifestyle, and lasting wellness.

Today, I’m honored to be serving our community in new ways through partnerships with Mindset & Body Reset and The Herb Shop on Broad.

At Mindset & Body Reset, I’ll be providing personalized functional nutrition counseling to help clients identify the root causes of their health concerns and support healing through evidence based nutrition and lifestyle strategies.

At The Herb Shop on Broad, you’ll find a selection of trusted wellness products I’ve carefully chosen, along with products I’ve made from Lambs Farm and Bakery to help support your health journey.

None of this would be possible without God’s faithfulness, my family’s support, and each of you who has encouraged me along the way. I’m incredibly thankful and excited for what lies ahead.
