If you haven't participated, it's about time!
So what is steak at the lake? It is basically steak night done in the pavilion at Camelot Lodge. We’ve done these last three years, this will be the first one on a Thursday.
You make the reservation, and one of the two timeslots we have available. Select your steak( so I know how much to order)
The day of you check in at your assigned time, record you steak doneness, hit the salad bar while we cook your steak, and any add on( Shrimp, Lobster, Cajun, Cowboy butter, mushrooms, onions, or tomcat) comes with a baked potato, with the option to load it for $1.50, and dinner roll.
We typically do one or two per summer and treat it as an event. We will bring some extra steaks, but because it is a high-end item we prefer reservation.. we reserve for people that do sign up.. and will let you know what we have for stock if you do not.
It’s usually been a wonderful experience, and it’s been a lot of fun doing it.. so we’re bringing it back at least once for sure.. possibly twice.
