For those that have been inquiring, we can finally share! The Ice Cream Stand has purchased the trailer and will be doing events! Tonight was her debut at Salt City Bar’s 90s Block Party. We are so excited for her and wish her so much success!

That’s a wrap!
Tonight we celebrated the love of Caitlin and Matthew at Heritage Hill Brewhouse. It was spectacular and oh so special!

Tonight also marked our very last wedding 😭 I’ve certainly felt the love over the last couple of weeks. In 2016 we got married at MKJ Farm, in May 2018 we served our first wedding there, and last weekend we served our final wedding with the trailer there-it was a bittersweet, full-circle moment. Tonight’s wedding was special too as we had the pleasure of serving their family in 2020 as well!

Our decision to close did not come easy (or without many tears). We are so thankful to have been a part of nearly 150 weddings and events over the last 5 years. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU to all of our clients, friends, family, followers, vendor friends, and everyone in between! Thank you for believing in the idea when it was just a sketch. Thank you for every referral. Thank you for the friendships. Thank you for including us on such special days and milestones. Thank you for all the love and support over the years. You have no idea how much it means to me 💜

The future plans for the units are in the works and we will update as details are ironed out.

What are we up to now? This spring we moved to our forever home and plan to enjoy the horses and animals a bit more and enjoy a little bit of a slower pace. We have some fun things planned for the property and hope you’ll follow our journey when the time comes.

Hey there!
We’ve definitely been a bit MIA and lacking in the social media department. Our season will be coming to a close in the next couple of weeks ☹️ That being said, we will be playing a huge game of catch up with bookings and inquiries for 2022. I want to apologize for slow responses and that we are unable to accommodate last minute fall events. Our lives have been crazy busy lately. Some of you may not know but I’m a Realtor in the Mohawk Valley. If you know anyone in real estate or have recently bought or sold a home, you understand how chaotic it is right now. I’m trying to give myself some grace but finding a good balance is difficult right now. Thank you all for being here and thank you for choosing us to be a part of your events, it means the world to us! I promise I will bounce back with more energy soon.

Last week, we had the absolute honor to be a part of and Daniel’s reception at . They chose to personalize our services and incorporated their sweet Shar Pei, Hazel! Hazel’s Peanut Butter Perfection was a hit! They also took it to the next level and got personalized bride and groom ice cream spoons, complete with their wedding date! How cools is that?!

Hi there! I’ve been slacking in the social media department 😬 In the last week we have received TWENTY inquiries for 4th of July 😳 This influx has prompted us to clarify a few things:
We are appreciative of all the love for our services (and the fact that gatherings are happening again)! Tail and Toppings wouldn’t be here without you 💕 We also appreciate all the referrals and repeat clients. However, we want to remind those inquiring for any date that we do book 12-18 months in advance. The events that are booked are locked in for that specific date with a contract and deposit. We will NEVER cancel on an event to do another. We will NEVER double or triple book weddings. If we are unavailable, we try to refer you to another ice cream vendor in your area as well as place you on our cancellation list. Lastly, we do not tolerate “bullying” or harassment of any sort.
If you are looking for a 2022 date, now is the time to get a hold of us!
