Fresh, lush pasture is what we hope to see in the summer. Wonderful that it's here this year!☀️
This time of year, the cows are in their happy place. They're out on fresh pasture every day, grazing a variety of grasses and enjoying the best that the season has to offer.
We move them to a new paddock daily so they always have fresh grass to eat, while giving yesterday's pasture a chance to rest and regrow. The cows do their part too, naturally fertilizing the land as they go. It's all part of working with nature instead of against it.😉
We've found that healthy soil grows healthy grass, healthy grass feeds healthy cows, and healthy cows produce some pretty amazing 100% grass-fed beef.
Summer on the farm doesn't get much better than this. 💚
