In honor of America’s 250th birthday, we’re celebrating the foods that helped build Lancaster County.

🍲 First up: Chicken Pot Pie.

Long before convenience foods, Pennsylvania Dutch families relied on hearty meals that could feed a large family after a long day of work. Lancaster County Chicken Pot Pie became a favorite because it stretched simple ingredients into a filling meal.

Fun fact: Unlike traditional pot pie found elsewhere, Lancaster County Chicken Pot Pie isn’t baked in a crust. It’s a rich stew made with homemade noodles, chicken, and vegetables.

👏 Debra is known for her flexibility, positive attitude, and willingness to help wherever she is needed. Whether she is serving guests, hosting, or welcoming motorcoach groups, she always represents Miller’s with warmth and professionalism. Debra frequently steps in to help when schedules get tight and goes the extra mile by sharing information about our other businesses and helping guests discover even more Lancaster County experiences.

👏 Steve is someone our team can always count on. He manages a high volume of detailed group bookings while ensuring both our guests and restaurant teams are set up for success. Steve is committed, dependable, and always thinking about what will help others succeed. No matter how busy things get, he follows through, gets the job done, and helps create a great experience for everyone involved.
