February 2nd is El día de la Candelaria, the grand finale of the holiday season that focuses on community, light and delicious food. The lucky people who found a figure of baby Jesus in their rosca de reyes must host a feast with tamales and atole.
Of course we will have this weekend atole “champurrado “, tamales or the option of a delicious guajolota wich is a tamal inside a toasted bread.
