Test roast of an Ethiopian that will drop soon. It smells soooo good! For every roast we release it takes a few weeks of testing to make sure it's dialed in just right. A coffee tastes wildly different from one day off roast to days 10-14. For each roast level (light, medium, etc.) it has to be samples across the full time it takes to hit peak. We can't wait to share this one! If it's as fruit forward and sparkly as anticipated, maybe it's the batch to celebrate Pokemon releasing from Comment your favorite Pokemon you'd chill with for a pour over.

With much love and appreciation, I must announce that PGC Roselle is now closed. It's not game over for Pin Grounds, but it is for our current shop location. While I wish there was a final party, time just didn't allow for it.

Thank you to all the helpers. To all who championed the vision, was there to help build the space, shared in the love of gaming, helped craft coffee, supported us from a distance, and so much more, please know that your support is truly appreciated. You will be the first to hear from us as we embark on the next phase.

We're still roasting and online at pingrounds.com. If you or your group are looking for a coffee collab, hit us up! Watch for us popping up at locations throughout the area.

New artwork, shirts, mugs, and more are on the way. We'll keep bringing craft coffee and art that support people and culture that we all love so much. Until the next phase.... ❤️
