Settling into California summer...
After lots of challenging decisions, lots of trauma and lots of healing, it feels amazing to be feeling “safe” again.
Safe enough to move past old comfort zones.
Safe enough to stand up for myself... to anyone.
Safe enough to move past the healing... and soar.
Over the last few years, due to an immense amount of stress, I developed diverticulitis - a supernotfun GI condition that I feel confident I can heal with time and the right foods and herbs.
If you have a GI condition like this, or leaky gut or stomach ulcers, first of all, I FEEL YOU!
And second of all, there are lots of things you can do to remedy your tummy.
My favorite herb for healing the GI tract is marshmallow root. It has very high quality mucilage that nourishes, coats and helps to rebuild the mucous membranes throughout your body - from your sinuses to your colon.
In this dry California heat, I’ll take it for both!
If you feel raw, dried out, or like your tummy is having trouble breaking things down and moving them along, I highly recommend working with this herb.
Find it in my gorgeous, organic tisane, Hibiscus Healer, designed to heal and nourish lots of things in your body. You can also find it in Vog Relief, the blend I developed to assist with respiratory issues like allergies and colds/flus.
Both taste so freaking good, as do all of my organic, healing, caffeine-free blends.
