Regular Size: $2.00 per cupcake. Regular Size *Gluten Free: $2.50 per cupcake. Mini: $1.25 per cupcake. Minimum order is 2 dozen. Mini *Gluten Free: $1.50 per cupcake. SPECIALTY Cupcake Flavors:

The kits have everything you need to decorate sugar cookies without having to do all the prep work. They also make great gifts. I have 3 pick up times available (no shipping). Let me know if you have any questions! The order form will close on 12/10. Thanks in advance!

Happy (almost) fall! Let's just pretend it's not 90 degrees here in Texas and enjoy all the flavors of fall this month.

September's cupcake of the month is Apple Butter Spice Cake and is inspired by the tastes and smells I remember from visiting the apple orchard growing up in northern Illinois. The best part of fall! It's an apple butter spiced cupcake with a toasted pecan brown sugar crumble layer baked in the middle and on top. It's then topped with a spiced apple butter buttercream frosting, and a sprinkle of brown sugar crumble and toasted pecans. I hope these make you think of all the flavors of fall!

Mission Cupcakes is back with a new cupcake this month - Cinnamon Roll! It is a brown sugar cinnamon cupcake, topped with a cinnamon buttercream, and finished off with a mini homemade cinnamon roll and a vanilla glaze. Perfect with a cup of coffee or as an after dinner dessert! Delivery will be on August 31st. This month's cupcake is a nod to tropical flavors - Pineapple right side up cake! It is a pineapple infused cupcake with a brown sugar caramelized pineapple and a cherry baked on top. It is then topped with a pineapple brown sugar buttercream and finished off with a caramelized pineapple chunk and a cherry. It tastes just like a pineapple upside down cake.

May’s cupcake of the month is cherry filled donut!

I love to make creative and fun new flavors every month. This month’s inspiration came from my favorite donut at our favorite local donut shop.

It’s a donut infused vanilla cupcake with a sugar crust and filled with cherry donut filling. It’s then topped with a donut infused vanilla buttercream, a sprinkle of sugar, and finished off with a chunk of cherry filled donut. It’s the perfect combo of cupcake and donut and I hope you love it!

March is a fun month - St. Patrick's Day and spring break!

This month's cupcake is inspired by my very favorite St. Patrick's Day treat that I always get this time of year - Shamrock Shake!! Have you had one? It's the perfect hint of vanilla and mint - just the right amounts - and makes for a creamy fresh treat. I just love it! The cupcake is a vanilla pudding cupcake with a hint of mint topped with a mint vanilla pudding frosting and finished off with a maraschino cherry. It really tastes like a shamrock shake!

February’s cupcake combines a classic combo - chocolate and strawberries - with a brownie twist! Strawberry Fudge Brownie is a rich chocolate fudge brownie cupcake topped with strawberry buttercream frosting, drizzled with fudge, and finished off with a fresh strawberry chunk.

I LOVE the beginning of a new year! It's a chance to start some new things, an exciting time for the year ahead, and a fresh beginning!

After a December of eating all things sweet, I decided to make January's cupcake taste fresh and citrusy - Lemon Rosemary Shortbread! I combined 2 flavors that I love - lemon and rosemary. I used to have a rosemary bush in my front flowerbed and I would add rosemary to everything, including lemon cupcakes! I start with a lemon rosemary cupcake full of fresh lemon juice, lemon zest, and fresh rosemary. It's then topped with a lemon rosemary buttercream, drizzled with a tart and fresh homemade lemon glaze, and finished off with a homemade lemon rosemary shortbread cookie dusted with powdered sugar. I love the flavor combinations and I hope you do as well!

Pick up and delivery will be on Thursday January 27th. The deadline to order to receive this month's cupcake is Saturday January 22nd at 7PM.
