Established in 2011. Hugo Foods was established in June 2011 by our founder and chairman, Mr. Hugo Tseng to bring high quality, tasty and wholesome authentic Taiwanese food to the masses in Southern California. We are a family business hailing from Kaohsiung City, Taiwan (ROC). Hugo Foods is the only producer of Fish Egg Sausages in America. All our products sold are USDA approved, an
