As we go into our final week of operation, we would like to thank all of you for your support! It has been a pleasure serving you for the past few decades.
Originally our plan was to still commit to full time catering, however with the pending lawsuit of a customer falling in an unauthorized area, this is sadly no longer an option for us.
In the past thirty years of operation, we have had zero claims filed against us, but have now been notified by our insurance company that our premium will more than double when our policy renews in July due to this pending lawsuit.
A wonderful couple, Dale and Amy Greenway, have purchased our restaurant equipment and will be opening ‘Fannie’s Place, located in the Food Lion shopping center. Fannie’s will be a similar set up as The Roystonian and we hope you all will show them the same love that you have us!
It’s been an honor and a privilege to serve our community, friends and family. We appreciate each and every one of you who helped make The Roystonian a success for so many years.❤️
