Chef was asked to make crème brûlée for a special occasion. The amazing customers are going to be blown away, because crème brûlée is one of chef’s specialties! You won’t find another like it, I can promise you that. More pictures to come when he has completed them.

Just an fyi the name "crème brûlée" translates to "burnt cream" in French, which refers to the torched sugar topping that gives the dessert its signature crispy texture.

Today we will be closed as chef dedicates the day to crafting all of his fresh sauces and prep work. It takes a process to whip up the magic, especially when we don’t have a crew, so sometimes that means closing the doors for just a bit!

Freshness takes time, and we’d rather take a day to make sure everything is perfect than serve you anything less than extraordinary. We’ll be back tomorrow, ready to serve you the deliciousness you know and love!
