First batch is sold and resting! Second batch is now being chopped up! If you're interested in a jar of my homemade hot giardinera let me know. $10 a jar. This is an Italian hot pepper and vegetable mix. Goes great on eggs, sandwiches, steaks, pizza, etc. Consists of: Serrano peppers, celery, carrots, cauliflower, red bell pepper, green olives, spices, and olive oil. Can be a great Christmas gift for the foodie in your life. These jars have lasted in my pantry up to a year.
