I regret to inform you that Chindian Flavors will no longer be in operation in Louisiana. This notice is quite overdue and I apologize for that. I intended to return after the Covid-19 restrictions were lifted, unfortunately a series of issues arose that could not be resolved.

Thank you to the Ruston Farmers Market for giving me a platform to introduce my food and culture, to Grown and Grazed for the once in a lifetime opportunity to expand my business, to Desi for the invaluable lessons in cooking, food truck management and life, and to my customers for taking a chance and trying something new.

I cherish all the friendships and connections I made and truly miss seeing everyone. I have since moved to Central Arkansas and I hope that I can reopen at some point in the future.
