Hey y’all. I have a lot of sweet followers on here. I hope most of y’all see this. My momma finally got her little food trailer up and running, and she had her first set up early this week in greenfield. She is still working on a solid menu, but there is some good comfort food coming out of this little trailer. I’m talking biscuits and gravy, fried potato breakfast bowls, custom hotdogs, and more. She’s also going to have healthier options. Anyway, please run over to Momma T's Bowls & Dogs, and give her a follow, and watch her page for updates and menu items. Can’t wait to watch her grow.

Thank you all for the wonderful lunch today at Dove. You guys WIPED US OUT. We ran out of pork right after the first hour. 😳 That won’t be happening again. I’ve talked to my pork dealer, and we’re doubling the order this time. The pork and mac is a huge seller, and I want all of you to have it whenever you want. We also had some very interesting build-your-own potatoes. I’m going to start highlighting those and adding photos, so you all can get some inspiration for your next order. Lastly, I want to thank you all. Seriously. I see some of you every time I set up in Wilmington, and I appreciate you more than words can express.

Come and see us at Dove Church today! We’re setting up for lunch with Alchemy Burger Co. and Smoke'N Johnsons, and it’s going to be a beautiful day! I will be leaving at 2-3 pm (baseball this evening) but they will be set up until 7! Lots of delicious options today. 😋 🥔 🍔 🐷

Hillsboro! We’re coming back and we’re so excited. Y’all are always so good to us, and we have a blast serving you. You have a huge piece of my heart. I have a boatload of potatoes scrubbed, wrapped, and ready to bake for lunch tomorrow. We will be in the Shoe Sensation parking lot, right off of Harry Sauner. (Next to Lowe’s) we are serving lunch from 11 until 2 PM. Come and get a big loaded potato before you shop.
