Peter recently visited Weyermann Specialty Malts in Bamberg, Germany, one of the multigenerational family-owned malt suppliers we work with.

Tonight at 5pm at Best Pizza & Brew Mira Mesa (), we're celebrating our distribution launch with Karl Strauss Distributing () over keep the glass pints of Like Riding A Bike West Coast IPA and 10 Degree Czech-Style Lager.

Reasonable Volume is anything but quiet. This bold West Coast IPA clocks in at 7.1% ABV and hits you with dank resin, kumquat and pine from the very first sip.

We stacked the hop bill with Mosaic, Mosaic Cryo, Citra, Columbus Cryo and experimental Mosaic terpenes from our friends at Yakima Chief Hops () because we wanted every pour to push the aromatic ceiling as high as it could go.

The result is exactly what a West Coast IPA should be: loud, resinous, unapologetic and impossible to put down.

On draft now and available in crowlers to go. Come find out what reasonable actually sounds like.

The rumors are true! Urban Roots is officially headed to Southern California, with Karl Strauss Distributing () putting our beers in your favorite spots starting next week. It's a big step for us, and we couldn't be more stoked to share what we've been brewing with a whole new crowd.

🚨 BEER RELEASE 🚨

Edel-Pils is back! We love this beer because it's everything a German pilsner should be. Bright, crisp, and clean at 4.8%, with delicate floral hop notes from Tettnang and a soft, snappy finish that begs for another sip.

It's a simple recipe, but with a serious process. That's the whole philosophy behind this one, because when a beer is this stripped down, every detail counts.

We built it to land right between EZPZ and 10º, softer than one, hoppier than the other, with just enough bitterness to keep things clean and fresh. Weyermann Pils malt and our house lager yeast handle the heavy lifting, and the result is a pilsner that drinks easy on a hot Sacramento afternoon and pairs even better with something off the smoker.

Now pouring on draft, with cans to-go ready for wherever the weekend takes you.

There are two ways to handle a heat wave. One involves complaining about it. The other involves a Boozy Piña Colada Slushie with a Pineapple Dole Whip topper, a shady spot in the beer garden, and zero plans for the next hour.

We recommend the second one. The Dole Whip add is just a dollar, and yes, it's worth it.
