Today we also want to recognize someone who’s been behind the scenes from the very beginning.

With our Beachwalk location now closed, we’re incredibly grateful for everyone who supported us over the years. But we’re just as grateful for the people who showed up long before sunrise to make that support possible.

Meet Porscha, our Executive Baker. While most of the city is asleep, she’s already hard at work mixing, boiling, baking, and making sure every bagel is in shape for the morning. Her positive energy have helped shape the Bagels R Us experience day after day.

If you’ve ever enjoyed one of our bagels, there’s a good chance Porscha had a hand in making it.

Thank you, Porscha, for every overnight shift, every early morning, and every ounce of care you’ve poured into this team. You deserve all the love. 🫶🏼🍩
