Although it was bittersweet to close KNEAD last October, we still occupy the space. So, when life give you lemons you make… limoncello !!! For those who have enjoyed our cooking classes at Osteria Bigolaro, we are happy to announce that we will be opening up a recreational cooking school. All of our cooking classes will be hands on. It will be the perfect place for a date night, a night out with friends, private event or a company team building event. We look forward to hosting you for one of our cooking classes very soon!

After much consideration we have decided to close Knead : Urban Eatery as of today 10/18. The restaurant industry has never been easy and has become more of a challenge since the pandemic. We would like to thank all of our friends and family who helped us open up this little shop and those who have supporters us over the last 10 months. We hope to see you all at our flagship restaurant in Geneva.
