We had no idea what we were walking into — but partner for life said yes, and VATAN was born.
You showed up. Night after night, you trusted us — and that means everything.
Not even a year in, we’ve been humbled with recognition we never chased. We simply cooked with soul, stayed true to our promise, and let the food speak.
