"You're just a hot dog truck." 😭I swear if I had a dollar for every time someone said that, I'd be able to buy another food trailer. 🤑
And honestly? I get it. BUT, if you've never visited us before, you probably picture a plain boiled hot dog with ketchup and mustard.
Then you meet us!
🤩Grilled ALL-BEEF hotdogs with that crisp snap, that beautiful burnt-orangey color, and the smell that makes your stomach immediately ask why you haven't devoured the source yet.
We're NOT JUST HOTDOGS!

It has come to this author’s attention that today is National Smile Day, a most delightful occasion devoted entirely to spreading cheer, sharing kindness, and offering a smile to those about us. In a world that can oft be hurried and heavy, a simple smile remains one of the finest gifts one may bestow without spending a single shilling.
Speaking of radiant smiles, this author simply must offer a special mention to the most charming purveyors of culinary delights, the 3 Big Pigs Food Truck.
Recently, I found myself attending a local gathering where this celebrated carriage of cuisine had taken up residence. There, I indulged in their most delectable Plain Big Bad Pig. Dear reader, the assortment of toppings and combinations available was enough to leave one delightfully overwhelmed with possibility.
And let us speak of Lady Misty, one of the proprietors. Rarely does one encounter a soul so wholesome, welcoming, and perpetually adorned with a smile. Her warmth alone would be reason enough to visit.
Now, in what can only be described as a most unladylike moment, this author must confess that I intended to capture a portrait of the meal for society’s viewing. Alas, the aroma was irresistible, the appearance most tempting, and before a sketch or photograph, could be made, the entire affair had disappeared most rapidly into my possession.
