Happy Monday, everyone! 🇮🇹

The Tuscany Café crew has been busy in Springdale today catering an event, and after a long day of cooking and serving, we’re officially running on empty! 😂

So, we won’t be opening the mobile unit this afternoon or evening. Even chefs need to recharge their batteries once in a while!

We’ll be back tomorrow, rested, refreshed, and ready to serve up some delicious Italian food!

Thanks for your continued support, everyone! Have a wonderful evening! 🍝🇮🇹

Happy Friday night, everyone! 🍝🇮🇹

Well, Southern Utah, you did it again! Tuscany Café Mobile Unit is officially SOLD OUT! Apparently, nobody felt like cooking tonight, and we’re perfectly fine with that! 😂

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who came out tonight! We absolutely love seeing familiar faces, meeting new friends, and watching our food disappear faster than we can make it!

We’ll be CLOSED tomorrow (Saturday) for a private catering event. Even the chefs need a little time to recover from all this pasta madness! 🍝😂

But don’t worry, we’ll be BACK OPEN SUNDAY AT NOON, ready to do it all over again!

Have a fantastic weekend, everyone! Thank you for the incredible support. We couldn’t do this without you!
