As a fellow veteran, this day carries a weight that words can never fully express. We honor those who answered the call, stood beside their brothers and sisters in uniform, and made the ultimate sacrifice.

What an incredible weekend. ❤️

To everyone who came out for our Cubano pop-up — thank you. Truly.

So many pre-orders, hearing all the kind words, watching so many familiar faces return (and meeting so many new ones), reminded us exactly why we do this. Every sandwich we served carried a piece of our farm, our family, and our passion for raising exceptional Meishan pork here at Elemental Acres.

Your support means more than just a sold-out weekend. It helps preserve this rare heritage breed, supports local food systems, and allows us to keep creating handcrafted food experiences for this community we love so much.

From the bottom of our hearts: Thank you for showing up. Thank you for supporting local. Thank you for believing in what we’re building.

We’re already hearing the calls for Cubanos to come back again soon… and we’re listening. 😉
