It’s been awhile since I baked. It’s because of the heat we’ve had and it already being hot in my place. I felt bad for my air conditioner. I don’t even want to see my bill. lol. I need to get a few groceries so I can make some cheesecakes I’ve been wanting to make. I will get on it. My niece also wants me to make Reese’s cup cookies again. I will do that too.

My funfetti cheesecake is for sale!! It turned out great. I will decorate it tomorrow and post a picture. You will be able to pick it up tomorrow. It will be fresh and look great. Will provide details of where to pickup.

I currently have a Funfetti cheesecake in the oven. I bought some red, blue, and white jimmies to sprinkle on top. It has the rainbow colored jimmies inside. There was no big bag of the holiday colors. They were sold out. Main thing is to have them on top of the homemade whipped cream. I just hope the colors don’t bleed. If it turns out well, I will sell it whole. Great for the holiday dessert or if anyone has a birthday. I know of one!

Strawberry Crisp Cheesecake is a creamy cheesecake with homemade strawberry sauce in two layers inside the cheesecake. Cheesecake has a streusel oat topping. Crust is graham cracker crumbs. I was going to decorate the top with slices strawberries for pictures, but it would have cost a lot. I double the sauce for it would make two layers. The author had only one layer. I like my cheesecakes with lots of sauce. Especially, since it has lots of cream cheese. This is yummy. I love strawberries.

I finally got to making a cheesecake today. It’s a new recipe. It’s called, “Strawberry Crisp Cheesecake.” I can’t wait to try a slice tomorrow!

I made White Chip Double Chocolate Cookies for the baseball players and some extras for audience. This is so soft and chewy and tastes like a brownie.
