Reminding us of Limeade, Chocolate Lava Cake, with some Malic Acidity 🍋‍🟩🍫✨

It's been too long since we've had a Mexico in our lineup, and this lot is one of two Mexican coffees we are releasing this summer. Coming to us from Elvira Trejo, owner and operater of Finca San Juan del Vesubio, this Bourbon variety is grown in the Yajalón region of Chiapas. This lot is expressing citrus notes reminding us of limeade, with a malic like acidity, as well as giving us some lovely chocolate notes we can expect from a coffee from Chiapas!

Sitting in the Andes Mountain Range, Finca El Dorado grows some of the best coffee in Ecuador. This is our second offering from the ChocoVilcaMundo (CVM) producing group and our first from El Dorado and we are stoked on it!

Wush Wush has become a favored variety among our team for its bright expressive profile, this lot is our first expression of the variety out of Ecuador and it is very lovely!

Available on our hand brew menu at all shops as well as in retail boxes for you to enjoy at home.

Reminding us of black tea, honeydew, and marshmallows 🫖🍈✨

This coffee comes to us from the Rebuild Women's Hope Cooperative on Idjwi Island on Lake Kivu neighboring Rwanda, Uganda, and Burundi just east of the Democratic Republic of the Congo. RWH is focused on fighting the inequalities women face in agriculture and stands on the belief that income controlled by women benefits community development in the area. Between all of the washing stations and aspects of producing coffee RWH is able to employ over 5000 woman day-workers during the coffee growing season. The lot we have from them is a fully washed coffee as is common from many washing stations and is made up of common varieties Bourbon, Caturra, and Catuai. The DRC is a fairly new Arabica producing country and we are in love with the cup profile we have seen in coffees from here the last few years.

This coffee is currently on batch brew at all SK locations!
