The Helm Seafood Parlour is expanding on St. Pete Beach, relocating to a larger space next door while turning its original location into a new event venue and culinary workshop called The Scullery. The restaurant will relocate from 7736 Blind Pass Road to the adjacent building at 7800 Blind Pass
