Today is 'lots of flavor day"!.....at the top is our Catfish Atchafalaya (crispy fried catfish filet topped with our Crawfish Etouffee)...this is a Louisiana favorite!....we also have Jerk Chicken....our Signature Chicken Sausage Jambalaya & Crawfish Etouffee.....we also have lots in the Market Fridge and Freezer!

Lots of zest at The Bayou today!....our new combo item is our Crab Cake...Baked Shrimp combo...2 entree sized crab cakes...and 4 large Shrimp cooked Cajun style...we also have Blackened Chicken....this is the base Chicken for many of our dishes but its amazing all by itself!....we also Jambalaya and Seafood Gumbo....you cant go wrong today!
