• Lapsang Sazzy — Elijah Craig rye, Meletti amaro, lapsang souchong tea, absinthe rinse. This one’s for the whiskey drinkers who like to slow down.

• Salt & Pepper Martini — Ford’s gin, manzanilla sherry, Espelette pepper, vermouth, celery. The one for dirty martini lovers who want something a little different.
