We recently read that almost half of Americans are struggling to afford food right now, and honestly, we’re seeing that right here in our own community.

During COVID, we started Taco Sospeso to help people who were out of work and having a hard time getting meals on the table. What began as a response to a tough moment turned into something much bigger, and we’ve kept it going because we see how much it truly helps.

We’re also so thankful for all of you who’ve supported it. Whether you’ve bought an extra meal for someone else or found your own quiet way to give, it really does make a difference. We appreciate you more than we can say.

At the same time, we know it’s not easy for a lot of people right now. We’re feeling it too, with fewer folks coming through our doors lately. It’s a tough season all around, and we’re doing our best to get through it together.

If you’re able, please continue to support our family business so we can keep this going for those who need it. And we kindly ask that Taco Sospeso stays on the honor system, please only use it if you truly need it. And if you do need a meal, please don’t go hungry, stop in and enjoy a warm meal made with love.
