This year has been a special one. As we celebrate the release of our limited-edition Spirit of America™ Bourbon, we’re also raising a glass to our founder, Carey Bringle, on his upcoming induction into the American Royal World Series of Barbecue Barbecue Hall of Fame.

For more than 30 years, Carey has dedicated his life to preserving the traditions of West Tennessee-style BBQ, building businesses from the ground up, mentoring others, and sharing his love for BBQ with anyone willing to pull up a chair.

The Spirit of America™ is a tribute to grit, resilience, and the people who help shape our communities, values Carey has embodied every step of the way.

Here’s to honoring America’s 250th birthday, celebrating a lifetime of barbecue, and having a drink together on July 4th at 7:06pm to celebrate! 🥃

THANKSGIVING 🦃
We're giving thanks to Firebox this Saturday with Thanksgiving Turkey dinners from the opening bell til we sell out of fixins.
Smoked Turkey Breast, Cornbread Dressing & Turkey Gravy, Green Bean Casserole, Sweet Potato Casserole & Cranberry Sauce. All Turkey Day plate sales will go to the Firebox Initiative to help our local service industry with emergency grants in times of need.🔥

Afternoon delight 🚀
The Bulgogi Bomb. We shaved some ribeye and marinated it with soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Fired on the griddle to order with American cheese, served on a roll with Hoisin mayo & spicy sweet chili pickles. Kinda like a Korean Cheese steak. You tell us.
