This is our official announcement on the permanent closing of the establishment.
The original plan was to remodel, as previously heard by some of our customers. However, during the initial remodel phase, our head chef has received a better job offer that is much more appreciated by new guests. The owner herself has chosen to embark on retirement as well.
This prestigious offer was fueled by the restaurant being able to consistently surpass the daily targeted revenue in restaurant sales, which distinguished our head chef from thousands of other applicants, ultimately securing him the offer.
Over the past 16 years, our wonderful food has always been available to all, even those who chose to observe from a distance or purposely chose not to give us a chance. Thanks to underlying prejudices and small-town rumors, all of our staff has been able to receive better opportunities in their lives. We are excited to embark on this new opportunity in a better environment where true talent can versus talent, where relying on small town connections does not work.
Thank you for providing us with the experience we need to gain better opportunities and a boost in our new restaurant careers. It was a pleasure serving you.
