A HUGE THANK YOU FROM SUGARPEA SWEETS!!

Well, I think I can officially say that the Balloon Glow and my after-event sales are a WRAP!!

I just wanted to take a minute to say THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!

First, to everyone who stopped by my booth at the Salem Spectacular Balloon Glow on Saturday, whether you purchased some goodies, stopped to chat, or just came by to say hello, THANK YOU!! 😊

It was definitely a LONG, warm day! And while Mother Nature didn't exactly cooperate with my plans to have all those beautiful treats out on display, we made the best of it! Once the sun went down and I could finally get everything out of those coolers, things really started hopping!

And then came the AFTER-EVENT SALES!!

Y'ALL REALLY SHOWED UP FOR ME!! ❤️

I honestly wasn't sure how much interest there would be in my leftover goodies, but you guys absolutely blew me away with your orders, messages, shares, and support over the last few days!

To everyone who purchased treats at the event AND everyone who helped me clear out my refrigerator afterward, I am SO incredibly grateful!!

As a small, home-based bakery, every single purchase truly makes a difference. There's a LOT of time, planning, money, and hard work that goes into preparing for these events, and knowing that so many of you enjoy what I create makes it all worthwhile. 🥹

I also want to give an extra THANK YOU to everyone who shared my sale posts and helped spread the word! You have no idea how much those little gestures help a small business like mine!

My Balloon Glow sales are now officially CLOSED, and I'm ready to put my feet up, catch my breath, and give my kitchen (and myself 😂) a much-needed break!

WHAT A NIGHT AT THE BALLOON GLOW!

Once the sun finally went down and those temperatures cooled off, I was FINALLY able to get all that yummy goodness out of the coolers and on display! And I have to say, I absolutely LOVED how my booth looked all lit up!

I was originally suppose to leave at 6 PM, but I actually ended up staying until a little after 8 PM! We stuck around until the balloons started coming down and things were wrapping up for the night. It made for a much longer day than I originally planned, but I loved it and I LOVED watching the balloons glow!!

Now, here's the SWEET NEWS!

I ended up bringing home LOTS of delicious goodies! Once I get everything organized, and take inventory of exactly how many I have left of each flavor, I'll be making a SEPARATE POST listing everything that's available for purchase!

AND EVEN BETTER... I'LL BE OFFERING THESE AT A DISCOUNT PLUS FREE DELIVERY WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF SALEM, MO!

We’re so excited to see everyone at the Salem, MO Spectacular Balloon Glow! Please take a moment to read the following information regarding balloon rides.

🎈 7 BALLOONS ARE COMING! However, please note that only ONE balloon will be offering tethered rides, rising approximately 35 feet into the air!

⏰ IMPORTANT RIDE TIMES

* 3:00 PM: Ride lines begin.
* 4:00 PM: Rides begin.

🎟️ BALLOON RIDE PRICES

* Ages 12 and under: $10 per person
* Ages 13 and up: $20 per person
* Up to 3 people per ride.

A Little Balloon Glow Update!

Well, Mother Nature isn't cooperating with my sweet plans this weekend! ☀️🥵

I had originally planned to introduce my adorable Hot Cocoa Bomb Dumplings at the Balloon Glow this Saturday, but after watching the forecast all week and seeing temperatures hovering around 79–80°, I decided not to make them this time around.

Let's face it, chocolate and 80° weather aren't exactly a match made in heaven!

I'm a little disappointed because I was SO excited to bring these cute little treats to life, but don't worry! The Hot Cocoa Bomb Dumplings will make their debut when cooler weather arrives!

In the meantime, I'll still be bringing 10 delicious flavors of Cake Parfaits and all 4 flavors of my Mystery Dumpling Cake Pops!

The final flavor has arrived, and these little cuties are ready to steal some hearts! My Oreo Cake Pop Dumplings are dressed in royal blue, baby blue, and sunshine yellow, and I just can’t get over their adorable little faces!
