While most people are prepping for the 4th, our crews are fueling it. Every BBQ, every lake day, every celebration nstarted with a barista opening Bentley's at 6am this morning.

Here's something I've believed for a long time: "It's their job. It's what they signed up for. We have to be there for our guests."

But being there for our guests should never come at the expense of our crew. And for 13 years, it sometimes did. Holiday pay isn't something we've always done at Bentley's. Sometimes we hooked the crew up, sometimes we didn't. That's on me.

So today, every hour our crew worked was paid DOUBLE TIME.
We will never abandon our guests. And we will never sacrifice our crew.

We see what our team gave up to be here today. The fireworks. The lake. The BBQs. The time with the people they love.

To every barista working this 4th of July: thank you for making our guests' holiday legendary.
Happy 4th, Salem. Keizer Albany. And Redmond, we're coming soon!

I am so thankful to have a team of leaders at Bentley’s who worked hard to get the most out of this event, and the dedication to implement what we learned as we move forward.

To Preston Lee and the entire team at the 30% Rule, you guys absolutely crushed it. What an incredible event!

To each and every speaker, we are so thankful for the energy you poured into us. David Scott Peters, Will Guidara, JT Reed, Tyler Florence, Jenn Castro, & Brett Morris.

To our guests and community, we will never stop pushing forward to give you the best experience we can.
