“Just leave it alone, it’s a classic” she said. “Don’t go all crazy this weekend” she said. Ok… but what if I just replaced the ham with some crispy five spice pork belly… and maybe added some of my super secret Asian BBQ sauce… and maybe a few scallions… Would that be too crazy?
