We are currently working from our food cart at, Checkpoint 221, 1233 Riverbend Road NW, Salem, Oregon 97304
We are the Burger and Shakes cart, our cart is straight ahead as you walk in. We serve pies by order only.

I have a limited menu for Thanksgiving this year that includes:
Pumpkin Pie $20
Pecan Pie $25
Apple Pie $35 regular or crumb topping
Marionberry Pie $35 regular or crumb topping
Chocolate cream, banana cream, or coconut cream $25
Pumpkin Roll $25
Strawberries Rhubarb $35 regular or crumb top

We have some news to share, we will be temporarily closing the bakery location at the 45th parallel building. However, we will still be available for orders placed by phone at 503-551-4297 and online at bountifulpies.com --> they will be available for pick up at our food truck Tin Roof Bistro By Street Sweets - Pasta & Pastries at the Yard Food Park. We are the first food truck on the left side of the building. Located at 4106 State Street, Salem, OR 97301.

We are unsure what the future holds for the bakery right now. We will keep you updated when we know more.

We thank each and every customer who has supported us over the years. We will miss our bakery but are glad our products can still be available.
