Hey musicians/artists just a reminder, I've been hosting an open mic at Coop's Pizzeria for over a year. We've had a variety of talent from 12 years old, to late 70s. We welcome all talent, but are looking for musicians that play an instrument or vocalists. This is not karaoke, where we sing to tracks but I do make exceptions for the younger players.
Since this is a pizzeria, it has a fun atmosphere. People are mainly dining and LISTENING. Coops does offer alcoholic beverages, but does not have the loud atmosphere of a bar where the music can't be heard. A great spot for a casual date, or entertaining a client over a great meal. I've been hosting OMs for years and enjoy watching musicians develop and improve week after week. I spent a year in Nashville jumping from one stage to the next, sometimes 3 stages in one night. It is a fun opportunity.
Solo artists or we can accommodate a full band. Come down and showcase your talent. 1st and 3rd Thursdays of each month. For January I will be making an exception and hosting on Thursday January 8th & 22nd!
