Been MIA from updating this page for a while. Life tends to get in the way.

Going to start adding more info and all the changes that we’ve made over the past year.

The first being that HOG HOLY WATER has been replaced with CAROLINA FUSION. The formula is the same, so same great taste, just a new name!

Bottle size increased from 12oz to 16oz, glass to premium hot fill plastic, and thickness of the sauce has been increased without change to taste. Still quite runny, so will be moving slowly thicker as more batches are bottled.

Recently placed 5th out of 63 in the Find BBQ Comps sauce contest. 1st competition we have entered and excited to place top 5. Scores were compiled from various criteria, but we were 1st in taste average.

Bottling day!

Big day for us in terms of progress. Hopefully bottles will begin to pop up at local sellers soon!

Website is in progress for ordering direct. Cost of shipping is major hurdle for low quantity, but trying to work with Amazon to make it easier for everyone!

Moss Sauce LLC is a small startup barbecue sauce business created to share our signature sauce, CAROLINA FUSION with the world!

CAROLINA FUSION is a Lexington-Style vinegar based barbecue sauce. A unique and tangy sweet heat sauce that really stands out from the pack defying the constraints of being traditional!

Although created specifically for barbecue, it has been widely used on chicken, ribs, pork chops, jerky marinate; the uses are endless with a sauce that tastes this great!
