Qualifications:

Strong, positive, and dependable, with knowledge of basic baking techniques.

Prefer experience working in a commercial food production situation. We’re willing to train in baking specifics.

Knowledge of food industry regulations: Food Handler’s Permit, sanitation requirements, maintaining an orderly working environment. Handling food items appropriately and with all food safety regulations in mind.

Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Responsbilities:

Carry out the production of any food items in the cafe

Properly follow all recipes and techniques

Ensure that all items are at the highest quality and meet company standards

Ability to complete shift work, as assigned, in a timely and thorough manner
