I (Miguel) have come to my last week a Culture and as a small final act of love, I’d like to leave you with the Stay Gold: a toasted pandan and jasmine syrup, versatile enough to put into just about anything.

The last two and a half years have given me more than I could ever have imagined. I’ve learned, grown, created, and had the privilege of serving the very community that I grew up in. To every coworker who became a friend, every regular who stopped by for a conversation, and everyone who trusted me to make them something special, thank you.
Working in coffee has always been about more than just coffee. It’s about people and this place has introduced me to some really incredible ones.
So stop by this week and try the Stay Gold in your favorite caffeinated bev while supplies last. Consider it a parting gift.
