It’s honestly so surreal seeing how much love you guys have for Doki crepe cakes these last couple weeks 🥹
What started as me obsessively researching, testing, flying to LA to study cakes layer by layer, and nervously introducing something completely unfamiliar to Utah… somehow became one of the biggest parts of Doki.
Back then, I genuinely didn’t know if people here would even be open to crepe cakes… let alone flavors like pandan, ube, lychee, and yuzu 😭
But you guys opened your hearts, your taste buds, and supported every crazy idea I had along the way.
From hundreds of crepe batter tests to finally finding the perfect organic vegan stabilizer for the cream, these cakes have grown so much over the years — and honestly, so have I.
Thank you for letting these delicate little cake babies become part of your birthdays, celebrations, late night cravings, and sweet memories 🫶
And I promise… this journey with crepe cakes is far from over 😤💪❤️🍰
